Your very own expert health coach who will customize your health plan to your goals and help you stay motivated
Your personal nutrition plan, including easy and healthy recipes, a customized grocery list, and daily feedback on your meals by your coach
Classes on holistic health, including anxiety, menopause, and improving sleep written by our nation’s top doctors
The Mighty Health community and all daily live Zoom classes, including cooking classes, meditations, and Q&As with doctors
Insurance Coverage
Does my insurance cover Mighty Health?
Many employers and health plans offer Mighty Health as a fully covered benefit to their members. To see if you qualify, answer this questionnaire.
If I’m a member of Renew Active or One Pass, do I get access to Mighty Health for free?
Yes! If you have access to Renew Active or One Pass through your health insurance company, you can access a premium Mighty Health membership at no cost. You will not be charged for your membership.
If you’re a member of Renew Active, start here. If you’re a member of One Pass, start here.
To activate your account, you’ll also need your confirmation code (found on your Renew Active or One Pass dashboard).

Can I try out a premium membership for free?
Yes! Each premium membership includes a 7 day free trial. If you cancel within the first week, you won't be charged. Afterwards, you can cancel anytime, no strings attached.
How do I upgrade to a premium membership?
To unlock unlimited access to workouts, lessons, and your personal health coach, simply open the app, tap the Settings button on the top right corner of your Today page, and tap the "Subscribe now" button. If you have any trouble upgrading, please email support@mightyhealth.com.
Do you offer annual memberships or discounts?
Yes! Annual memberships are offered at 50% off the monthly price. You can change from a monthly membership to an annual membership at any time.
Is Mighty Health available outside of the U.S.?
No, Mighty Health is currently only available in the United States.
How do I change my billing information?
